President: The president shall preside over all meetings of the board. They shall set the dates, times, places and subject matter of the meetings and notify the Secretary. They shall supervise all of the affairs of OnStage Theatre Arts and appoint board-nominating committees as needed. Meetings of the Advisory Board shall be called as needed (at least twice a year).
Secretary: The Secretary shall keep a complete record of all proceedings and be responsible for all correspondence.
Chief Financial Officer: The Chief Financial Officer shall keep the books and accounts of the corporation and shall perform any other duties usually assigned to this office. They shall have custody of the corporation’s funds, and shall be responsible for ticket sales, fundraising receipts and tax returns.
